On February 1, 2007, Brother Walter R. Nall was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC) in the New Jersey Army National Guard. Brother Nall’s military career includes numerous achievements as a Field Artillery and Quarter Master Officer. This is one military career that continues to look up. Recently, Brother Nall’s group Commander recommended him as a candidate for the US Army War College. In May 2004, Brother Nall was called to serve in Iraq. He safely returned home and to the Delta Upsilon Chapter in December 2005. image Born in Tuskegee, Alabama, Brother Nall is the son of Louise W. Nall and the late, Walter E. Nall. Brother Nall has been employed with the New Jersey Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for 13 years and is currently working in the Human Resources department as a Hearing Officer. Brother Nall crossed the burning sands into “Omega Land” in the fall of 1983 with the Brothers of Iota Omega, in the mighty 7th district. As an OMEGA MAN, Brother Nall exemplifies our four cardinal principles, while raising his fifteen-year-old son, Zachery. Brother Nall is currently enrolled in graduate school at Liberty University and is pursuing a Masters Degree in Management. As we all witnessed at our recent Heritage and Recognition Ball, Brother Nall is always enthusiastic to uplift the brotherhood with a “tep"during our social events. Currently, he is the Co-Chairman of the Membership Selection Process (MSP) and active with the Heritage and Recognition Ball Committee. His computer skills proved to be invaluable as he developed the slideshow for our guests’entertainment.
