During the 2014-2015 program year Delta Upsilon Chapter and the Omega Delta Upsilon Foundation were active participants in the local graduate chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. E.M.B.O.D.I (Empowering Males to Build Opportunities for Developing Independence) program. The EMBODI Program is a Delta Sigma Theta national initiative that promotes and provides collaborative efforts to improve the quality of life for African American males, ages 13-17 in middle to high school.  The programming focuses on education; culture; family and community; personal, social, and emotional factors; resilience and responsibility; leadership and mentorship; preventative health care and mental health counseling; financial; safety, and protection; conflict resolution and restorative justice; scholarship; and service learning.
