Brother Khary James Nickson is a graduate of Drexel University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering with a concentration in Networking. Brother Nickson is the Founder and President of Royalty Productions & Services, LLC which is a technology servicing company and a professional percussionist who has played drums at various gospel venues. Brother Nickson enjoys art, philosophy, and good productive debates. Finally, Brother Nickson lives by Philippians 4:13: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

This committee is also charged with maintaining the property and paying all required bills including appropriate repairs, taxes, insurances and making sure that we comply with all governmental rules/regulations/laws related to renting property in the City of Trenton.
